View Full Version : What modifications should I do with my number of reps if I want to get shredded?
I'm not trying to get any bulkier so I know you gotta do more reps. But give me a general idea of what a 4 sets of a certain lift should look like to get optimal shredding.
Right now for example if I do shoulder presses I'll do 4 sets of 10. Start a little lighter and add the most on that I can do 10 of in the later sets. But what should the new workout look like? 4 sets of 12? 2 sets of 12 and then two sets of 15? what?

cardio and diet should be first and foremost.
I tried doing the high rep/low weight thing but it gets redundant quick. If i'm not challenging myself I lose interest and get bored.
