NAVIGATION question

How would I go about buying a built in navigation for my car (2005 cadillac sts)...I looked on eBay and there are none...are there any sites u can purchase things like that?

By the way I'm talkin bout 1 I can install in the dash (nav/dvd) not 1 of those u buy from bestbuy
