we don't change names for users. we never have, and never will be able to make that a function that's allowable.

i can ban you, but you would not be able to use the same email in this account, so if that is your intent, just know that the system will not allow you to re-register the same account. even a banned account still shows in the system in terms of the email. but, you can re-register a new name with a different email that is within our registration guidelines..
