Yeah, "hip hop skills" is very vague...can you elaborate more on what you mean by that?

I mean, you didn't even say "lyrical skills" or "songwriting skills" or anything....

hiphop skills = complex flow, switching up your flow, complex rhyme schemes, lyrical wit, etc...

in other words, "overall hiphop vision"

For everyone that list pac #1 in their top 5, basically "hiphop skill" is the criteria you rightfully judge the other 4 people on your list by, but exempt pac from without any good reason. think of it as the criteria which the emcees whom you put under pac on your list, can blatently do much better than pac.

i've yet to see a top 5 from anyone that list pac #1, that doesnt have 4 emcees under him that cant blatently rap circles around pac, lyrically and flow wise.
