anyone use it in thier workout routine?

If so, how much are you riding as far as distance and time?

I do spinning (cycling) classes twice a week. Its indoor of course, but its a great workout b/c the instructor has us simulating riding up and down hills, doing sprints, etc. I actually don't see how dudes can do spin b/c the seat is a beeotch and if its uncomfortable at times for me, I can't imagine what it feels like for somone w/a package down there.

But imo its a great cardio workout. It also strengthens your legs.
