I've calmed down a lot since then and dont rally work out as much over the winter break. How do i correct this??

I'm kinda on the same boat. What's funny is a lot of people are. You so self conscious of your body you notice the little things. Fortunately nobody else does unless point it out. Trust me, I been down this road in HS.

It can be a couple of reasons:

1) Poor form.
Chances are you're thrusting your right shoulder into the motion towards the end of the lift. Quite a few people who have uneven chests have this bad habit. Make sure you're pinning your shoulders against the bench throughout the entire motion. It'd be best to drop the weight a bit til its comfortable. Yea ur ego may take a hit but its wise to take 1 step back to take 2 steps forward.

2)Simply genetics.
This is my case. You can't help how you were born. Your attachment sites for each pec may not be identical. All you can do is take what you got and run with it. But trust when I say you're not the only person with an uneven chest. There are professional bodybuilders with uneven chests.

With that said I have a couple questions...
1) Do you primary use a barbell?
2) Do you incline at all?
3) Are you righty?
4) Is your right shoulder bigger than your left?

What I've done to overcome this is stop neglecting incline bench and focus on dumbbells til the correct form became second nature. Once the mass started packing on the difference kept shrinking. I'm at a point now where people don't notice even if I pointed it out to em. Was such a relief to get this monkey off my back. :afro:

For me...

Left pec >> Right pec
Left lat > Right lat
Right bicep >>>>>> Left bicep
Left quad >>> Right quad

:hmm:

All i do is pushups and that thing where you arm are hig and wide to the side of your body and then you bring em to the front(not suer, think its call the shoulder press).

I'm right handed. Its not the biggest deaql. it not like i care if anybody sees it. Like u said, nobody noticed it or has said anything about it. I just wanted to make sure its not something critically wrong with my body. Of course if i can correct, I would like to.

yeah my left pec is bigger than my right one too. Noticed it in high school. My right arm is stronger than my left (right handed).
I broke my right arm when I was in 6th grade and it didn't heal perfectly (if i put the wrong kind of pressure on it, it hurts like a *****, one of the joints moves out alignement at the wrist). I think that may be why the left side is stronger than the right on presses.
