Very well written. Beat was nice. Flow was a little off to me though. I think it could have been smoother with another take or two. I think maybe the syllable alignment was a little off with some of the lines and it can be hard to compensate for that sometimes. Kinda sounded like you did it all in one take too. I like to record it verse by verse and record the chorus and usually just copy and past, I'm not sure how you handled it.

Bottom line, I think you can work on your delivery in terms of breath control, emphasizing the right words and just getting the cadence down. Like when you say "But, dog" at the end of the second verse it sounds hella choppy. But I don't wanna be too negative. Overall, I liked the content and the rhyme scheme, just think it can be delivered better.
