after listening to a series of his new songs for his upcoming album, i'm convinced his fame amongst the general public and masses as a rapper is over. his studio albums have become so contrived and predictable it's not even funny. with all of his new songs he's constantly remaking the same songs over and over again. it's almost as if he's stuck in a time warp. the songs aren't bad but they're the same, which makes it bad. he's become so predictable that the general public have loss the common interest that they once had in him. while his mixtapes are still on point, his albums have become redundant and his beefs have just become stale.

but really more than the music, 50 is his own worse enemy. he comes off too cocky and arrogant for his own good and people don't like that. also by doing that, he corners himself because it gets to a point where every and anything you place in front of the general public isn't even as good because they've become so critical of your work because of your actions and words. the last thing that ended his career more than anything too, was all of the beefs. people got tired of them. at first it was cool with the whole Ja and Murder Inc beef, but then when he started going at Jada, Fat Joe (again and again), Game, and then Buck it just became played. now he wants to beef with Wayne because he knows all eyes are on Wayne like they once were on him in 03' and that's really the only person in Hip Hop the general public keeps paying attention too so what better way than to try to start a beef with him to help him sell more records. the more and more you really look at it and as time has gone on, Hip Hop has become more and more like the WWE as time has went on.

well you said the key word: "stan"

a stan will listen, take and love everything that their favorite artist put out in front of them. in a lot of ways, they idolize them. whereas a fan, knows how to call out their favorite artist and can digest when that favorite artist of theirs has gotten wack or does something wack or stupid. they don't try to cop pleas or make try to make something out of nothing. fans aren't blinded like stans.

I'm not a hater

I'm a real authority.

50 has lost whatever touch he had long ago.

His music is literally EMPTY of any passion or meaning.

I've said this before and I'll say it again, if i want to listen to 50's new album I'll just listen to his old ones because they all sound the same. Just interchange the title of the songs, like "Candy Stick", "Magic Shop", "Rydaz Ambition", etc. and you have the new album. That n1gga is butt cheeks, has been for a while now.

Sidenote: Am I the only one that laughs every time I see a n1gga rockin a G-Unit hats or some sh1t like that? That sh1t is wild corny. N1ggaz look like little special kids with that sh1t on. Ol buttercream gang azz n1ggaz, butterscotch n1ggaz. I'd rather wear a snapback Washington Wizards hat then be caught slippin with some G-Unit sh1t on.

The formula approach is the problem.

The thing is 50 is more than capable of fixing this problem but he doesn't realize it.

I Get Money was the biggest hit off of Curtis because it was something different. That track sounded nothing like typical 50 songs and even the haters enjoyed it.

50 needs to go that direction some more because that type of aggressiveness would do him well. Instead he stays the same most of the time.

5-0 is done, nobody likes this son of the *****, I Never liked him even from his POTD days, he's always been a disaster and people are finally seeing the disgrace that he has become.

Even his approval rating is at the lowest in years, he will go down in history as the one of the worst rappers to ever grace the industry.

lol, i coulda sworn i was seeing threads like this back in '06. its now 09 and n.ggas still saying the same sh.t

i dont understand how his rap career is over when he still has the internet going crazy whether it be good or bad (all his threads go platinum plus), his last album (which was trash like Hefty bags) still sold 1.5 mil in the US alone, he outsells 98% of the rappers frequently talked about, etc etc etc. if you wanna make a case for quality of his music, then fine. but to say he's irrelevant is asinine.

WRONG

He is the biggest reason why rap's in the worst shape ever since the early 90's, sure he's outsells many rappers, but he just as godawful as the rest, it makes me sick that good rappers like Joell ortiz, AZ, Immortal Technique, Dead Prez are being pushed aside by bull**** rappers like this clown.

5-0 has truly lowered and ruined the standards of this genre, worse than diddy and many other rappers from the past combined.

Because this rapper is the britney spears of hip-hop, all style and no substance, he has litterally destroyed this genre to the fullest and it will never recover, all thanks truly to him and the rest of the corporate commercialized crap today.
it makes me sick.

Joell Ortiz is a real rapper being pushed aside to garbage ass music.

Not this time, 5-0's time is pretty much up, people have truly turned against this clown and I Get Money rips off I'm a hustla, look at the beat and you'll see what I Mean.
