For serious workout heads we've seen how well P90 and P90X was, now Tony Horton back again with 10 min trainer you had to see the TV add by now, anyway anybody tried it? does it measure up to P90 or is it a scam? dunno imo its hard to pull off results off a 10 min workout ..thoughts?

I'm confident that it's effective for people that don't take working out that seriously but want to get in shape. I rather hit the real weights tho, it is time consuming but also it's a lifestyle...

edit: plus I just saw the commercial last night and it keeps repeating "get in shape without bulking up"... I wanna bulk up dammit!

Man, you could come up with your own little system for working out effectively. It's very simple. You could do blitz workouts like I do where you just pick two exercises and set a number of reps you're going to do.

Example:
-do 25 pushups
-immediately do 25 tricep dips
-do 25 pushups
-etc..

Do it non-stop and you have an effective workout. You'll be more shredded than a julienne salad maaaaaaaaaaannnnn.

I have been using the p90x system for 3 weeks now. It feels pretty good I haven't been able to train in martial arts like I use to since the summer and it feels pretty good. Just to be active again the 10 minute trainer I don't know about.

let me be the first to say that it is the truth, i started last summer , all u need to do is download the torrent and burn it on a blank disk. at first you'll be thinking ten minutes no problem but that **** is a killer your body will be all used up after those 10 minutes.
