Anybody know how Play Cloths sizing runs?

i'm usually wear a large in nike and timberland

extra large in polo and lacoste

i figure play cloths runs large.... i'm a copping a tee. should i go with a medium? maybe large at most...

if anyone knows how the sizes run comparatively or sizing, i'd appreciate it
