I had that moment about three years ago now. Got rid of all my Jordans except for the 1's, 4's, 11's and 20's, and a lot of shoes I haven't worn in a while and others I probably wouldn't ever wear again. In all it was about 30 pairs. Time to get your grown man on.

I recently finished reading the Details fashion guide book and it opened my eyes to how inadequate my wardrobe is for a grown dude. I guarantee if you read that book you will want to sell all your skittle colored shoes and invest in other classier clothes.

See, I have near 100 pairs. I'm not even seeing it as getting my grown man on....I basically don't have any room. What's the point in storing a bunch of shoes that I don't wear? The extra incentive is I'd make a killing if I sold my kicks. I just don't feel sneakers like I used to, I rock the same 1,2 pairs of vans now. Maybe it's cuz I can't stand this whole hypebeast ish.

Hey I was reading the dec issue of Details and they gave three websites that does the similar thing. The lowest priced one was around $49 bucks per shirt and also they got interactive websites where you can put in measurements as well as other stuff to get the best fit.

If my mag was here I would tell you the sites but just check out the dec issue of Details.

That's the thing, I only have a handful of "skittles" colored shoes. It's business casual at work so the majority of my threads are "grown up" lol. I wear blazers, button ups, vnecks and cardigans. Just can't wear a pair of J's with that fit anymore. I'm 28 now, it just doesn't feel right.

Same with me...only sneakers I have now are some Air Max's, old school shoes (Nike, Adidas) and a few pair of Chucks.

I sold a lot of mine, but also gave some to some lil' nigguhs around my complex as a thanks for doing little things for me here and there or just because they needed a pair of shoes to play ball in. I still have a whole lot of shoes in my closets, but it feels good to get rid of a lot of the extras.
