Legumes. Higher in calories, provides you with energy. Eat all kinds of peas, lentils, beans, edible pods, nuts, etc.
Healthy Fats. Fish oil, saturated fat, olive oil, flax seeds. No trans fats

Beans are high as fukk in carbs why they let you eat them?

Well there is no ultimate fat loss diet that works for everyone as we all know. Some people need to diet with carbs or they lose too much muscle.

Some people can diet on fats and protein only and it works for them.

Find what works for you through trial and error, but eating clean foods are usually the base of all successful diets


I frequent that site also tho, I've been doing the 5x5 program on there.

beans have a low glycemic index # so thats why they are good..

example- 1/2 cup of blackbeans is only 21g of carbs 6 of it is fiber so thats really 15 net carbs. You also get 8 grams of protein in it.

You probably eat alot of rice with your beans and thats where the problems lies. Also you may not be realizing the portion sizes that you are eating

Diggy do you eat whole grain cereal? I eat regular cheerios with no sugar and I'm wondering if it's as bad as that article says. Shouldn't be.

High fructose corn syrup is some of the worst shyt in the world. Your body doesnt know how to metabolize it and it also possess health risks.

There's better stuff that you can eat, but if its working for you then keep with it. I eat oatmeal every morning. That diet says not to eat oatmeal either and we know oatmeal is good, plus people lose fat while eating it. Im sure this diet works for many if they can stick to it.

Find what works for you, take certain things and put it to practice. Listening to everyones advice makes it harder to move forward, everyone is an expert. Experiment with different types of diets for a while and see how it works for you before changing to another.


I will try this diet one day, just to see how I respond to it.
