can someone hook me up with a great meal plan that i can use...im just tryin to eat more healthy and can't think of nething thats good and healthy! haha...help me out

It depends on what you're trying to do. If you're just trying to be healthier then pretty much just a balanced diet with as little processed food as possible.

It's a amazing how little carbs most of them eat. Which shows the average person is eating waaaay too much.

Word. There's eating healthy, then there's eating straw. :smh:

I eat healthy, lean meats, lots of fruits, veggies, water. Complex carbs. Protein w/every meal, blah, blah. But hats off to those folks. one lady's meal consisted of samples from costcos. Wtf?
