if you made a thread that got deleted, and you want to know why it was deleted, you may PM the mods in that forum and ask them (respectfully) why your thread was deleted.
NOW: IF a thread is deleted from a forum, and you make ANOTHER thread in that forum asking why the thread was deleted, that is considered spam, and you could be banned.
