I finally got up on one of those kettlebells and started using them about 2-3 times a week. Just friday I did 2 sets of the Turkish Get Ups, and since Saturday I've been sore to the point my legs try to lock up on me during simple activities like walking.
Is there any specific foods (other than bananas) or suppliments that I could take that would speed up the healing process? If possible, I'll just try to incorporate them into my diet more so I have less down time between workouts.
