On the real though, we don't even know what happened after - they cut the feed. If they're waiting outside for you they're a legitimized threat, the SMACK has already turned them into official aggressors by that point - sure, you have to call the police because they're not chasing him down at this point; but he also has the right to prepare himself for defense. Again, the smack has made them legit aggressors.

So if you call the cops on them, step outside and they're still there - unless they're taping it and he's offering you a lollipop to make up for it, you could tell them to get the hell off your property.

If they don't, the smack means that you can, in all likeliness, consider them viable threats and defend yourself. I'm not talking about coldly putting a bullet in each person's head while wisecracking it up Steven Seagal style of course.

I'm not saying you'll get off, I'm saying you'll have the likelyhood of not getting the full penalty - the smack + 4 niccaz + a broke rapper scores hella points for the dude. ESPECIALLY because the smack was unwarranted, it came out of nowhere - dude can easily say that he felt threatened at any given point after that because it could come out of nowhere again.

Independence is 15 minutes from KC, it's the 4th largest city in Missouri, and it's considered part of the KC Metro Area. NKC only has 4,000 people....Gladstone has 25,000 people....Independence has 110,000. How the hell is it a "hick town" when it's the most densely populated/largest city out of all the ones we're comparing?

Gladstone and NKC are small as hell, way out in the middle of nowhere, in the middle of farms and barns and sh*t, 30+ minutes outside of the city limits.

Overland Park ain't even in the same state.
