They say Chris Brown cant sing.No homo he may not have the best voice but dude can sing imo. Celine Dion can sing too... What ya'll think?

What a lame blog. He doesn't offer any kind of basis or cohesive argument explaining his choices. Chris Brown can sing in tune, he's just guilty of over-singing, just like Celine Dion, Beyonce and heaps of others.

The rationale for his choices don't even make sense... bad singers, singers who can't sing, singers who over-sing.
