Off of first, second, third, fourth etc. impression, these guys are unfukkwittable. Should I not bother downloading the shlt and just buy up their albums?

Their definetely one great band...

I'd start by getting their first album "Rated R"...

I've heard a good portion of Era Vulgaris, which I think is their latest. The title alone is right up my alley. Turnin' on the Screw is whoa.

I remembered No One Knows but that turned out to be one of their later joints. The b-side Go with the Flow is a few minutes of fire. Sky is Falling is another track. It seems any track you pick from these guys, there's always something there. No effeminate and/or cookie monster vocalist either.

On another note, I remember that fat headbanger's ball guy around 1999-2001 on MTV Cribs raising an eyebrow when he took QTSA out of his collection. And I could be mistaken, but Scarface had the same shlt in his collection.

QOTSA is dope as hell but they release weak singles...that's why I got into them so late...

i love this band's style

Great band. Seem em live more times than I can even count.

First album is the best. Rated R and Songs for the Deaf are pretty much even in 2nd. Lullabies is so-so, and Era is fantastic.

queens is awesome... their first cd is probally their best but each other cd is just as good but in its own way...

the thing about queens to is that ive also been introduced to a couple of other artists that have worked with queens or have been pretty much queens before the were qotsa

there is kyuss which is members of queens execpt they had garcia as the lead singer... but they are pretty much as close as your gonna get to their queens first album...

cause in reality queens have progressed ( in a good way ) from their eariler work

then you have mark lanegan who sang on their 2nd and 3rd album... and his solo work is fukking awesome... i would recomend wiskey for a holy ghost / his first album/ bubblegum

and also masters of reality /chris goss... who is a producer for alot of their records... but his band has the same mentality of queens in that there is a revolving door of band members adding to their sound and not making it stale...

of course their is eagles of death metal which is also an awsome band....

but queens is pretty much josh homme and the guy seems to have a good idea on where to take this band... cant wait for the suppsed new versions of the desert sessions (which is also bad azz)
