Hear i'm talking bout big things here, probably just a dream, but if I had the money and networking.........
As i've said, I always believe you can turn a bad thing into good. Hip hop has been raped and is dirty now. The only problem is there's no regulation by us. If a Union is formed and regulated, hip hop can be cleaned up.
Imagine this.....
A Union like the Electricians Union but it's hip hop. Where there's a council who make sure new artists don't get fukked over, old artists have a pension, there's insurance, basically hip hop is a recognized employment/personal business.
Union should be overseen by like KRS, Ice T, Dre, some other n1ggas too. With something like this, we can insure our business/culture is ours. If you want to view our business you get taxed and play by our rules. You try and create your own and its fugazee. The peepz will know it's FUGAZEE!
To get in the Hip Hop II Union, you have to be approved n1gga. Your skills gotta be up to par. There's a lane for you, but to be in THE UNION, you gotta be approved or you're FUGAZEE.
Can't be any hip hop at the SuperBowl unless it's sent from the Union or it's fake.
Man remember this name SLANG. I ain't got the guap so I can't act on this, but when someone else does....................n1ggas perform a search for this thread in 2008 and know where it came from!
This hip hop...........................can be our NFL!!!!!!!!!! Yall see how that's a BILLION dollar industry. It's cause that's what people like and want. People also want hip hop. Imagine being able to full capitolize off this. Part of the payolla for every song played on the radio or tv goes to the Union, Union members and the individual artist!!!!
