Just saw this last night and thought it was a really good documentary. It covered a lot of issues and myths surrounding performance enhancing drugs, along with many other things.

Definitely a must watch for any gym rats.

yea he had good points but I still would never take roids. The older I get, the less I find looking all swole up being attractive. Clothes don't look good on you at all when you're like that.

It was ok, kind of disappointing, he just went over a lot of topics beaten to death. Greg Valentino was the most interesting part of the movie by far, had some unique insight into things.
