The lower cuts came out in 2000 or 01..can't remember.

You won't find a highcut in the blue/black in even OK condition...that shoe is rare as hell!

If you're more so a fan of the colorway, I'd try to find some of the "JPack" dunks that were released as a high in Europe. Not really Jpacks, but.....

There's also the SB Jpacks (lows) that came out a few years back too.

Those might be those, not sure. I thought those were a Euro exclusive, but I may have misunderstood the poster on ISS. I know that "Sparks" (http://i75.photobucket.com/albums/i290/Flippnoyballer/wdywt/IMG_0769-1.jpg) are definitely co.jp and are a similar colorway...
