I came here expecting to share workouts but incidentally found none.

Here's one I've been using lately. It's a variation of the H.I.T. workout done 3 times a week.
Squat Leg Press
Lat Pulldown/Hammer Strength Hi Row/Pull Up
Seated Row/Hammer Strength/T-Bar
Incline Press
Bench Press
Arnold Dumbell Press
Lat Raises/Shrugs/upright Row
Dumbell/Barbell Curl
Tri-Push down
All 1-3 Sets and 6-8 reps. Weight should be 70-80% of 1RM
