so i've bulked up pretty nice and i like where i am at, only thing is my diet has been a little dirty the last couple months (lots of alcohol especially, lol) and i've got a lil layer of fat on me and a bit of a beer gut.

i was just wondering if anyone knows of something i can use in addition to cutting calories and a bit of cardio to lose the flab.

I am the same point homie.

I bulked up nicely but have some fatty substance (thanks to xmas, thanksgiving, etc.)
I am gonna try to reduce my calorie count by a few hundred, and doing extra cardio.

Im gonna cop me some lipo 6x to help me out.

Gaspari has a new sup called mitotropin. I hear good things about it, its used for 30 days. I can mess with anything stimulant based anymore, it makes me choke and dry heave after feeling nausea

I take it for energy and focus boost and it is damn amazing for those purposes. It does have some fat burning properties but it's more of a bonus effect than the main purpose. If your looking for an actual fat loss supplement I would look elsewhere but this thing gives you such great energy you might actually burn as much fat by working out harder.

btw the only thing I have personally used that works is the EC stack, caffiene and bronk-aid(sounds dumb but do some research)
