ON 100% whey double rich chocolate. it's about as good as muscle milk but with a lot fewer calories. i got a hold of this ON and this shyt is good. i was mixing with water at 1st but switched up to 2% milk. i swear it taste damn near like nestle quik. this is the only protein i will ever fukk with from now on.

also good is ON's after max chocolate sundae flavor. it's a post workout mix that has 40g protein, 40g carbs, 5g creatine, 5g glutamine and 4 g of fat.

Gotta agree...

Muscle Milk is good too but WAY too much fat.

There are so many flavors for ON. I personally liked Banana Cream the best off all the flavors I tried.

yeah you right. i messed that up. i gotta try some other ON flavors. it's just that since i found one i really like, i don't want to take a chance on a different flavor and end up not liking it.

Yea Muscle Milk taste the best. I've tried the Root Beer float, Banana, and Chocolate and they've all tasted like desserts.

i always did MetRX chocolate, but then again i never worried about taste when it came to protein

i just tried MHP Dark Matter the other day as my post workout portein/carb drink. it tastes awesome. 20g of protein, 48g carbs.

haven't really tried that many but they used to have this at my old gym and with water it is fukkin delicious and refreshing.

AST brand VP2 vanilla.
