I usually do about 20 mins in the sauna before my workout. I usually do mainly upper body. I need to lose this beer belly, I already cut out the beer. I dont eat anything fried. Im just not losing weight. Maybe a pound here and there. What else can I do?

Squats man, lift heavy.

Whats your cardio looking like? Also besides not eating fried food or drinking beer what do you typically consume?

Sauna sheds water weight, not fat. It is good for you tho, I use it post workout mostly if anything, noone wants a wet sweaty ass dude all over the equipment. Also the heat opens up your pores and gyms arent the cleanest places around so I wouldnt want to open myself up for infection(pause)

You need to restructure your eating, just cutting out fried foods doesn't mean weight loss, it helps but for example; I can eat a whole large pizza, which isnt fried.

You workout already and cardio will help also. The eating plays the major role tho because Im sure you see people doing weights and cardio 365 and dont look any better because they eat garbage year round.

Weightloss wont always be fast but it can be satisfying if you look at a monthly basis. Losing 4-8lbs a month is normal if done correctly and over time adds up to alot of lost fat.

Cardio, cardio, cardio....at least an hour to an hour 1/2 a day. It could be brisk walking to sprinting...get it done. Drink a cup of coffee before doing so too, trust me...it'll make it easier. Don't touch energy drinks though...it's garbage for your health and will make you crash.

The sauna is still a good idea....AFTER your workout. Even though it only sheds water weight you gotta realize that fat is MOSTLY WATER itself. Once you get rid of the water weight, the fat will come soon after. Keep yourself hydrated though.

It's a good thing you're improving the diet....but also stay away from soda, preprocessed junk food like chips and sh1t like that, and candy.

When eating meat, try to limit yourself to poultry and fish. Eat 6 smaller meals throughout the day rather than three large ones as well, helps to boost the metabolism.

....if you wanna do it the easy quick fast way, ask ppl in your gym about "ECA stacks".
ECA = Ephedra, Caffiene, Asprin. Best and safest possible form of a fat burner you could use...that is if used in moderation. Unfortunately, they don't sell ephedra based products in stores anymore, but I'll be that there's alot of dudes in the gym that can hook you up or know where to get some.

I did that for the course of 4 months back in 2004. Sure, i looked great, but the compromise is that i felt lethargic most times of the day (in essence, when i wasn't sleeping, awe...).

It's nice if you have outfit to look cute in, there isn't wrong with cutting certain glutaneous substances from your diet to trim/tighten up a bit. But once you're off the cycle, expect to regain what you lost (and most cases, times occuring more often than not)... extra poundage on top of what you once weighed.

Damn. I'm a big mothafukka and try to watch what i eat and just work out as much as possible.

It is what it is..

Not going to cut it , what you need to understand is you can't spot reduce when it comes to weight loss. You have to work the entire body. You say you want to lose weight but what your goal? are you trying to bulk or slim down? from the sound of it your trying to bulk if thats the case a 5 day workout schedule that includes 3 weight sessions and 2 cardio will do you well. Each session should about 30 min you don't need to kill yourself for an hour just make sure you go hard in that 30 and you be alright , by the way what does your diet look like hmmm?

You can't cut out all of it. I eat about 1 cup of carbs per meal now. At late nights if I'm hungry, I don't eat carbs. I'm def starting to shred up using this method.

Yeah you can run from carbs, but I'm trying to figure out how to limit them more. Or at least get more good/complex carbs instead of the garbage ones.

Salad consisting of 0 carb salad dressing and lettuce only for at least 2 meals a day. I did this combined with 30 minutes of cardio and a little lifting and lost 20 lbs in a week. I lost 40 lbs over a 3 week period. It is very very hard to do as the 0 carb salad dressing is horrible and the food gets redundant. Portion control helps.
