When ever i'm hungry i eat pasta, rice or bread and i understand this stuff is making me fat. But then i think what else can i eat to not feel hungry.

My question is, what can i eat to feel full, that tastes good and that isn't too expensive?

i'm feeling this. i'm kinda clueless when it comes to cooking. so i got a question regarding the chicken breast. are you talking about the chicken slices you buy cold and put in sandwiches or are you talking about the kind you cook on the stove or in the oven?

And it's easy to bake. Just season to your liking, throw it in the oven @ 350 (or whatever) and after like 18 minutes you flip it over and cook the other side. Google a simple recipe for more accurate instructions...

the kind you cook

just throw some lemon pepper/dash of salt/paprika throw it in the oven for like 30 minutes(wrap the potato in tin foil and cook simultaneously) and then do some quick veggies

its simple and doesnt require much work

Thru the work day I carry a plastic grocery bag full of fruits and veggies; sometimes a small plastic cup of dry cereal to snack on every couple of hours to keep my metabolism moving.

i stock up on Chicken Breasts, Solid White Albacore Tuna, Pork Tenderloin(expensive), Flank steak, ground beef

some folks say that ground beef is unhealthy, well when thats the most fattening thing you eat its really not all that bad

dont forget you need fats too, so dont be afraid of certain meats

i also like to do slow cooker dishes when i have busy days, if you can get them Turkey Legs = goat
