I was doing a little shopping and browsing @ the sporting goods spot yesterday and came across some of these; didn't purchase one, but kept them in my mind.

If you've used one of these in your routine, what are some of the benefits?

kettlebells are dope. Alot of people use them for strength, endurance and cardio all in one. My gym doesnt have them, but I wanted to buy some to give my clients a unique workout and set myself apart from the others. Id have to basically learn to use them thru trial and tutorials. They do have some gyms and seminars that specialize in it if need be.

You can get adjustable kettlebell handles rather than buying different weight amounts. Luckily most people dont buy pairs

Good looking out on those sites. After looking into the adjustable ones, I'm kinda conflicted, but leaning towards those so I wouldn't have to waste extra money getting a few different weights if I wanted to go lighter/heavier for certain exercises.

I did find this adjustable version (http://cgi.ebay.com/ADJUSTABLE-KETTLEBELL-HANDLE-KETTLE-BELL-KETTLEBELLS-HD_W0QQitemZ250334513440QQcmdZViewItemQQptZExercise_Fitness_Strength?has h=item250334513440&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=72%3A1205%7C66%3A2%7C65%3A12%7C39%3A1%7C240%3A1318%7C301%3A1%7 C293%3A1%7C294%3A50) on ebay, and I may end up going that route. It'd be a plus since I could just use the plates @ the gym instead of investing in those as well.
