Basically crossfit incorporates explosiveness into weight training. You do some olympic style lifts such as snatches or cleans at high intensity as fast as you can. I gained 10 to 15 pounds of muscle and toned up considerably coupled with the use of Nitro-Tech in roughly two months. Check out www.crossfit.com for some easy work outs of the day or www.gymjones.com for some more hardcore chit. Definitely not for the faint of heart! I have witnessed many a muthufukka throw up because they ain't built for it, so proceed with caution!

I just found out about crossfit and started to try the wod. I used to just lift weights but that type of strength seems to limit flexibility and is less functional. All the Boxers and fighters i know train more like this.
