And I ain't talkin bout them feminine cramps, mind you. I get mad cramps in my triceps after I work them hard and I can't find a way to remedy them (fuk your Midol). I drink plenty of fluids, gatorade and water and my potassium intake is around 200 mg (animal pak). Anyone else get them? Any ideas?

Get a solid warmup prior to lifting.

Six basic causes of cramping: hyperflexion; inadequate oxygenation; exposure to large changes in temperature; dehydration; low blood salt; or low blood calcium. Overexertion is also a factor.

You got some self analyzation to do....

I cramp up bad too. I was doing sit ups the other day and after my third set cramped up hard. My abs felt like they were about to pop.
