I thought it'd be a good idea to have a thread where you update what your last max was. (Note, some of these you may have not done anything in. That's fine. I'm just setting up some general lifts)

Mine:

Bench: 195
Squats: 335
Dead lifts: 245


Post up. Be honest.

For whatever reason my bench sucks and has always sucked, especially compared to squats for me.

Bench: 165
Squat: 375
Dead: 250

Don't do power cleans

Should probably mention height & weight as well.

5'9"
165 lbs

Bench: 250 lbs x 2 (2 months ago - hurt my RC last month, no more flat bench for me for a while :sad:)
Squat: 225 lbs x 5 (never tried 1 rep max - current)
Deadlift: 245 x 5 (never tried 1 rep max - current)
Military Press: 135 lbs x 1 (2 months ago, RC injury last month :sad:)

Im personally scared of the flat bench; always getting hurt doing heavy weights. Last time i checked i could 3 rep 275 on bench. I don't squat too heavy because my knees are azz

Military Press: Got 185 3 times
Close grip: got 235 3 times tonight

Squat: 315
Shrug: 330


6 feet tall, weigh anywhere between 188-197 lbs (depending on season)

I never lift weights to be a strong guy, but the most I have ever did was 245lbs on bench.

i'm 6' 182lbs btw.

6'1 and about 200-205 lbs.

Haven't done flat bench in so long i dont know.Also i dont lift for one rep max so i really cant say. here are my current stats tho:
dumbbell bench press- 110's 8-10 reps 3-4 sets
Squats- 315lbs 6-8 reps 3-4 sets
deadlifts-330lbs 6-8 reps 3-4 sets
Shrugs- 360lbs 6-8 reps 3-4 sets

Height 6'5 weight 255lbs
