who else is on the skinny side?

i weigh 140lb, bench 175lb and squat 145lb. when it comes to dumbells im messing with 30's and 40's, im going to apply the 5x5 workout to my arms soon and reach the 50-60lb area.

Your squats absolutely suck man. I never understood how dudes squats are lower than their bench. I mean damn, 145?

You really need to work on squats, I mean seriously, 145 is pathetic. If you want to gain weight, dumbbell curls arent going to do it, do squats/deadlifts/bench.
