Thats the sh!t i buy. Should i be going to gnc? Also, how often should i take it? I've been taking it after i workout.

Well, like most things sold in Wal-Mart, it's made in China :gag:


Just be careful because one of the unlisted ingredients in Wal-Mart distributed proteins is that it's loaded with MSG.

if supps are made in china that doesnt necessarily mean it is a bad thing

dont shop at GNC or Wal-Mart though.....supplements.net is pretty good but theres tons of places out there for good deals, hell EAS protein(a damn good brand) is at Sams Club 5lb for like 29.99

when I go to sams club you know I cop that(yup)

EAS chocolate tastes like shyt. Is that Wal-Mart brand Body Fortress? I think I bought that once; wasn't too bad but not all that great either.

It works...I don't use it anymore because of the lactose in it.

10lbs is like 58$ cop 5lb chocolate and 5 vanilla, mix 1 scoop each with milk and you have str8 piff

and brah dont let optimum nutrition fool ya, its a good bit more expensive than EAS and hardly better AT ALL
