I'm trying to lose weight but on the same token, trying to maintain my muscle mass (i want to retain my musculature, but would love to sim down moreso and enhance the v-shape definition to up my aesthetic machismo).
Trying to accomplish both is a difficult task because it is, essentially, a two way street. Lose weight, you lose muscle mass. Try to stay bulky, you're going to have to eat more and there's precision in workout techniques that are necessary to execute to have that done (it's just a more difficult routine altogether).
So i just say, fukk it and want to slim down. Might lose my yoke factor but, whatever, i've never been small in my life and would like to see what it's like to hop in a vehicle comfortably.
Current weight: 220.
Goal to achieve: 200.
Time frame: New years (but by next spring or summer would be just fine, that's still a huge transition/accomplishment if i can victor that prospectual end).
Wish me luck.
