this is my goal in the next 3 months.
should i just continue gradually adding 10 lbs per week or so

the squatting using the barbell hurts my traps bad and 100lbs more is really gonna kill

what are your numbers right now? whats your lifting schedule like?

you can use the tampon on the bar for your squats until you build up your traps enough to provide natural cushion.

for sho. you're not doing yourself any favors if you add 100lbs to your squat, and you went from an ATG squat to a 1/4 squat. and you're not doin yourself any favors if you add 100lbs to your deadlift and you went from a straight back, to a rounded off lower back, then you throw your back out.

they actually dont have one on that i've seen in this gym, i'll ask around. this particular stand had a ripped up one

M T F weights, currently deadlift about 160lbs squat like 100 :(

I believe my form is good, for deadlifts and squats. I watch vids and people doin it and do it quite near enough to the mirror to see myself keep form

Invaluable knowledge is all I can say. Come to find out I've been doing it right when I first started in HS and somewhere slipped into the realm of "incorrect" movement.

military press 160 lbs
