i dont want ot lose muscle.
Change diet yes!!!!
Yogurt and shyt like that. You still have to eat three times a day. If you dont want to lose muscles keep protein intake up.
Weight room
do 5 solid workouts like bench dips military press etc. light weights high reps. Then run on the treadmill for 10 mins. and do this three times.

It depends on if your overweight or not. What's your body fat % ? It's hard to estimate if it can be done, for someone with say a 6%-9% body fat it usually would take around a month to lose 8 pounds a healthy way. I've trained a kid who was trying to get into the army once, and he was at like 20% body fat when we started, and he was dropping 8 pounds a week like nothing.
No matter what if your trying to cut it's pretty much a global rule to eat around 6 small meals a day, as opposed to 3 big ones. Don't eat before bed (I recommend a casein protein shake). And do atleast a hour of cardio a day, then there are the small things, like taking the stairs as opposed to the elevator, and parking your car at the end of the parking lot ect..

I hate the term "losing pounds/weight." People gotta know that can mean anything; fat, muscle, water weight, etc.

You only lose water weight, which you will gain right back when you drink.

I mean fat
8lbs of just fat in 2 weeks isn't possible.
8lbs of fat, muscle, and water weight is possible. But because of the overall decrease of body mass you will have the same definition, just with a smaller body. Not a good look.

show me a dude thats at 6 percent body fat and i'll show you a dude thats got no business losing 8lbs of fat. thats competition status. and he's not gonna drop that 8lbs in any healthy way, he's gonna need some serious fat burners...like clen, t3, t4, etc.

why do you want to do this? its not possible to lose 8lbs of fat in 2 weeks unless you are extremely fat.
if you just wanna harden up for the beach or some shiit, i suggest you go on a low carb, high protein diet. with a rigorous workout schedule (heavy lifting, and cardio) you can maintain most, if not all your muscle and you'll lose a couple lbs of fat...probably 3 or 4 if you're lucky. but you'll lose 6lbs of water weight, which will harden you up. and you wont put the water back on until you start eating carbs regularly again.
