Wide grip chin ups (9x3)
Dips (12x3)
Narrow grip chin ups (9x3)
Push ups (25x3 I'm mad weak)
I don't wanna get bigger, this shyt keeps me where I wanna be... other than legs tho am I missing any key upper body muscle groups?

i would change the chin ups to either 8 or 10 why no biceps? :huh: try doing something to strengthen your forearms as well, I would also suggest seated row for back muscles but your routine looks like something you doing at home with no weights

esco, do you know of any good forearm exercises, particularly ones that affect the lower forearm? Everything I see works the upper area. thx

3 major muscles in the forearm

(hammer curls & reverse curls)
Wrist Flexors (http://www.exrx.net/Muscles/WristFlexors.html)
(wrist curl)
Wrist Extensors (http://www.exrx.net/Muscles/WristExtensors.html)
(reverse wrist curl)

Do wrist curls and reverse wrist curls for lower forearm.

On the chin ups and dips the last set should be until you cant do anymore.
