Lift using a well balanced routine with intensity

Eat more than you normally would. Body weight in protein is a nice easy benchmark. Carbs is gonna be more than that; the exact amount depends on your activities for the day. Just know its gonna be higher than protein intake. Keep fat as low as you can. I prolly take in around 50g of fat a day, most likely more. Do your self a favor and learn about nutrition.

Building muscle is more about eating than anything. If it's gonna be hard for you to make changes in the kitchen, it's gonna be hard for you to make changes to your body.

Also learn to cook, you'll be self sufficient and b*tches love it :yes:
