I've been taking them since early July. I'm working out at least 3 to 4 times a week and doing cardio...the whole nine. I started at a waist size of 48" and now I'm almost down to a 42". I try to eat every three hours and drink one of these shakes once to twice a day instead of eating.

I know there heads in here that are in a lot better shape and have doing this for a hotter minte than me...just wanna see what ya'll think.

looks good to me, how many carbs per packet? Do you mix them in skim milk?

My homey put me on to this routine...he was advised by a trainer (body builder) at his gym and the homey passed it on to me.

The only flavor I mess with is the chocolate one...but I've had vanilla (decent) and strawberry (ehh) but it depends on your tastes.

I'm assuming by 320 you meant calories, and water is actually the best to mix them with if you can tolerate it.

Yeah, it tastes pretty good. Like cold hot chocolate.

I used to live on leanbody shakes when I 1st started exercising. I bought the 42 packs...I used to use 3 a day and 2-3 meals. I went from 215-188 in a few months, while exercising and doing cardio.

They are good on the go, which I always was working on the road.
