View Full Version : I think I caught the running bug
Never liked running or cardio workouts but last couple weeks I've been doing the HIIT routine after my lifts and seeing some results already. Now I almost look forward to running on a treadmill. It's starting to feel good during and after. I think I'm going to start running outside even during off days at the gym now. Fukk.

How do you keep the cartlidge in your knees after an extensive career running. Lot of people get reduced to eleptical machines after the doc tells them their knees are Finished.

A preventative method is almost ALWAYS superior to a seeking a solution for a problem (that, for the most part, could have been avoided with proper execuciones).
I'm a hefty guy (at 6 ft, 225, a fella gotta be curful of how he ultilizes his limbs and joints), so with that said, i go straight to the elaptukul machines. It's cheating, sure, but in the long run, you won't place any inherent damage on your joints and you can go on for miles on them thangs.
I hate running though. My earbuds typically pop out and it creases my shoes.

doesnt running on the treadmill vs. outside help protect the joints? also the less u weigh, the less pressure you put on them right?
