View Full Version : Any of yall try the HIIT(high intensity interval training) cardio

Yo I started this a few days ago and the sh1t is pretty intense. 15 minutes had me more tired than my usual 40 minutes of cardio. Sh1t had me feeling it to.

I've been doing this for the last 3 workouts and I can see it working already. I don't follow the schedule to a tee. All I do is warm up on treadmill for 2 minutes, then sprint for 1 and walk for 1. Repeat 5 times and my last sprint go as fast as I can. I get all this done in under 12 minutes. Feels great and doesn't take forever which I hate most with cardio.

during the summer i did this along with a mile run before work outs. 3 days a week, along with a good diet, **** had me ripped. But it also had me eating like 7 meals a day. The highest i ever got was 14 intervals, doing 30 second sprints and 30 sec recovery.

this has me sweating more in 15-20 minutes then 40 minutes of normal cardio. I can actually feel all my muscles tingling after i get finish.

I do the 5 minute warmup then i get the eliptical up above 10 then down below 5 for 30 seconds then above 10 and so on.

we did this for football as cardio, and it got alot of Nigggas in shape.
