How come certain people can have pics in sigs but not me?!?!?

Whats going on with this
People can have pictures in there sigs, they have a totally different interface for signatures than me (viewed through screen captures) but I can't. I emailed the "Project Covo" board person and they said "No users can"
But thats b.s. cause you take one look around the forums and people DO have pics in their sig, so what gives?!?!?

this feature was supposed to be turned off for all users yesterday.

can you please provide a link to a thread containing a post by a user who has pictures in their signature still?

well i'm not gonna rat no one out...
can we get a explanation of why its getting turned off, and/or if we will ever receive them back again?
