Yea.. I got it when they released it like a month and a half ago on their website.. It has it's ups and downs, but overall if you are a big fan of their work the album doesn't disappoint.. That much.. IMO it's easily their worst outta their three, I think I much prefer the B-sides to A Weekend in the City to most of these songs on here.. Opening track Ares is obviously a Chemical Brothers ripoff, I don't know who they think they were fooling.. Working with two producers on this one was definitely a giant mistake for them, but the album does have a few highlights for me.. The last two tracks are incredible, easily their best tracks post Silent Alarm.. As for your link, I dunno, try Google...

I think it's pretty good. It's a middling record. Bloc Party are never going to be regarded as a highlight of the decade thanks to all the weird decisions they made, but it's good to see a band not looking to sales. The increasing electronica is interesting and the little textural touches really add to the songs. I'm seeing them next month so here's hoping they can pull off the songs live.
Sonny Blaze, both Ares & Setting Sun are influenced by Tomorrow Never Knows.
