please see the upped announcement regarding technical issues. avatar problems make up a small part of a larger technical problem that we're still working to fix. please be patient while we work on this process.

also, the mods and admins are no more able to fix your avatar than you are. thus, if your avatar won't load properly for you, it won't load for us if we attempt to fix it either..
