Is there any way Carlloose can come back?

When I found out the forums were back up I tried to log in under my Original SN of Carlloose Duce. Is this name banned or is there any way I can get it back? Everytime I try to sign in under that I always get a page that says this name(or something like that) is not in our database. Can it be that........Carlloose Duce is gone?
