...Or at least a semi-daily.

I don't want to buy anything or go anywhere, just want to stay at home.

Note: I've never really worked out my entire life. I'm already eating healthier. I think i'm kind of weak for guy...I don't want to get buffed out or anything...I just want to feel stronger and get more toned I guess.

What I have available: 1 jumprope, 1 25lb versa bell.

I move into an apartment next month and they have an exercise room, but I really didn't check that out when I was looking at the apartments so I don't know what they have in there...I would want to stay in my apartment anyway.

Help.

Hate to break it to you, but you're not going to get the results you want with a jumprope, a 25lb versa bell, and a desire to stay in your apartment.

Do you have social anxiety disorder or what?

LOL@social anxiety disorder.

But if you want to stay at home, buy some kettlebells , go onto youtube.com to find some routines with them.......Trust you can easily get in shape with these things. They are alittle expensive, but are worth it.

 That's really what you gotta do. Take advantage or your apt complex's gym. We've got one here and it's open 24 hours, yours probably is too. I don't like working out around other people either. Go early or go late at night.

I've got a friend that's a certified trainer and he's put me on some light weightlifting plus cycling and treadmill (my main concern is weight loss). It's nothing extreme, but it's working out good so far (I just wish we still lived in the same state to keep me even more motivated!).

The really important thing is watching what you eat. I don't have a "plan", I just make better breakfast/lunch choices and have cut out pretty much all snacking. I've only had fast food once in almost 2 months. That's VERY good for me.
