look at that black dude on our far right. even though he has abs and a low body fat percentage he still has a massive gut. thats because the growth hormones dont just help build muscle and reverse the signs of aging it also causes your organs to grow. worse one being your heart.

i would probably take hgh for 6 months or so just to see what would happen, but i need to see more of the long term side effects before i would commit to it at my age.
