Im trying to loose like 5 pounds. I try to eat mostly grilled chicken and some steak, what are the best thing to eat in between meals when im hungry or when I get hungry as hell at night

You can use almonds- good source of healthy fats and protein

Natty peanut butter

oatmeal

Protein powder



Easiest thing you can have at night is a protein shake, nothing too carb heavy if you are trying to cut


But honestly I eat meals between meals, If I snack sometimes Ill eat a jello/yogurt/pudding/nuts(almonds or peanuts), beef jerky

:huh: five pounds thats all well lay off the liqour and jog a half mile to a mile for about two weeks and you'll lose 5 pounds. As far as the night thing goes try drinking water its been said that drinking water helps suppress hunger things to eat in between meals .... try a protein bar or one of those meal bars like speical K or power bar makes they usually run between 60c - $1 but seriously try upping your intake of water to help prevent you from becoming hungry as hell at night
