I can't get rid of this belly for nada, so I changed my eating habits. Mind you for those that don't know, I workout 4 days a week and I have lost a total of 57 lbs. within the last year or so but......I can't shake this belly issue. I dont have a beer belly, it isnt sloppy looking , it's just there.So here is my daily menu.
Breakfast:
1 bowl of real oatmeal
3 egg whites and 3 whole eggs
Water
Morning snack: a piece of fruit (grapefruit, apple, or a 16oz bottle of grape juice)
Lunch:
Chicken leg or breast
Green salad or steamed veggies
Dinner:
2 Chicken breast
Broccoli,squash,carrot cauliflower mix
Brown rice
Cantaloupe,Melon, or apples
Water
Mind you I dont have time for any kinds of shakes during the days because my job isnt blender friendly. Help a brother out.

In simple terms you just fluctuate carb intake to aid your daily activities while maintaining a steady intake of fat and protein.

how long are u workin gout for and what are u doing.?
is the chicken skinless and how many ounces are u eating? u shouldnt have more than 4oz per meal so u may want to change 2 to 1

I workout 3 days a week with this routine but on the 4th day I run, starting each workout with 20 wind sprints of 100yds.(running 100yds. and walking back and starting all over again). Next I go inside and do 4 rounds of shadowboxing with 3lbs. weights,4 rounds on the heavy bag and 4 rounds of mitt work. Next it's just a collection of calisthenics:
200 push ups (10x20)
200 sit ups (10x20 medicine ball throws after each sit up)
100 squats (5x20 medicine ball throw after each squat)
80 pull ups (10x8)
5x10 Box jumps (36inch box with medicine ball)
Once a week I do weights:
Bench Press:
10x10 sets of 225lbs.
Dead lifts:
10x10 of 275
Skinless chicken.

That chicken leg is baby protein, better off with the breast
You dont need a blender, pack some whey/cassein or meal replacements in your desk, put water in the shaker bottle and get to work...You can even grind up oats at home and bring with you to put in the shake

I would replace the morning snack with protein.either a protein shake which could be a shaker cup and protein or a protein bar.
for dinner i would leave fruit off because you are already taking in carbs from the brown rice and veggies. you dont want to load up on carbs that late in the day.
What time do you workout? When do you do cardio?
you may want to add cardio 4-5 times a week when you dont workout.

I work out in the evening, it's my only chance to do so. My sked doesnt allow me to work out in the morning. Is 2 chicken breast too much for dinner?

not really depending on the size
What macro #s are you shooting for?
are you shooting for 1 1.5 or 2 grams of protein per lb of bodyweight?
You may need to structure what your goal is 1st then you can adjust your intake to match your caloric needs through out the day over the # of meals you eat
200 grams of protein a day over over 5 meals = 40 grams per meal....the package of those breasts would give u nutritional content on that...so if they were both 20 for example it would fit into the example i listed
