either you didnt strech properly, you have poor form, or an incredibly weak back. might even be all 3.

last time i ran the 40 it was like 4.5-4.6

i can probably only do like 7 reps at 225lbs. i lift low reps at higher weight. if i switched up my routine to focus on lifting 225lbs for as many reps as possible (same thing football players do for the combine) i could probably do 12-15 reps in about 2 months.

Yeah these 40 times are a joke. If you're running a 4.3, wtf are you doing on the computer?

Anyway, I could prob do 225 about five times.

Never tried timing my 40 yd and I probably suck at it.
I can probably do 225 4-5 times, just got my max of 250 x 2 couple of weeks ago. (at 160 lbs bw)

Damn the linemen are out in full force. That 4.3 dude could be the running back.

I have no idea how fast I can sprint (don't care either). and I haven't tried to bench 225 in years. (where I work out doesn't have free weights and the machines don't go that high). but given that, I only weigh around 180. I could probably put up 225 about 2 or 3 times. I dont even work out to be strong. just for my vanity anyways.
