Yeah, im not tryna look like a fuking upside down triangle, my shoulders and **** is straight, but my calfs look likea 10 yearolds, and it dont help that im tall and theyre stretched, what work outs are the best?

You have to experiment. Some people respond to high reps and some to alot of weight and lower reps(like myself). I tend to now mix it up, with some high rep sets and some low rep, heavy weight sets. You can also try working them more than once a week..See what works for you.

Alot of it is genetics tho,you can exercise and take all the drugs in the world like some bodybuilders and still not have shyt to show for it.I see many people with calves that dont even work out.

My ex's calves were huge and she doesnt even work them. Mine werent great, but now look alot better. Luckily they aren't high like alot of black folk so my lower legs dont look too thin.

if your real goal is to just have a balanced upper body and lower body, then i wouldnt worry too much about calves. i do one calf exercise per week. just focus on deep squats and your lower body will be fine.

Thats what Im doing at this point

5x5 routine squatting 3x a week. My legs have grown an inch in a month, which is good

you doin the bill starr 5x5 program? i been hypin that program up for a couple of years on here. its probably my favorite weight lifting program. i've made a few modifications to better suit me, but its legit. i've seen my best strength gains while on it.

Im using the stronglifts.com which is modified bill starr/ starting strength(even tho thats 3 sets)

I modified it a bit also( I added some other exercises once in while using the basics), but my squatting is back up in a month from 185-250 after not being able to squat much due to sciatic nerve probs....

Having the rack sure does help, hopefully Ill be at 315 in another month or two

get under tha squat rac, and then step up on your tip toes, do several reps, and like 4 sets

i did that and now i can dunk on 10 feet rims, sh*t work like a charm....
